Man Oh Man

When without money, we eat wild vegetables at home;

When have money, we eat same wild vegetables in fine restaurant.

When without money, we ride bicycle;

When have money, we ride exercise machine.

When without money, we walk to earn food

When have money, we walk to lose the fat

Man O Man ! never fail to deceive thyself !

When without money, we wish to get married;

When have money, we wish to get divorced.

When without money, wife becomes secretary;

When have money, secretary becomes wife.

When without money, we act like rich man;

When with money, we act like poor man.

 

Man, O Man, never can tell the simple truth !

Says share market is bad but keeps speculating;

Says money is evil but keeps accumulating.

Says high positions are lonely but keeps wanting them.

Says he is lonely once getting

Says gambling & drinking is bad but keeps indulging;

Says he'd quit drinking but only after today's drinking
