Five army men were Tuesday named for Kirti Chakra, the country's second highest peacetime gallantry medal, including one posthumously, and 21 others for Shaurya Chakra, the third highest gallantry medal during peacetime, by President Pratibha Patil on the eve of 62nd Republic Day.
I have been not able to write for the blog for the past few days , due to my mother's illness and I have been busy in nursing her.Now, she is much better and I am back on my blog.
